TRAINxSTRENGTH is an interval-based circuit class designed to build muscular strength and endurance. Stations may include Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Sleds, Rowers and Turf Exercises.
In this class, you can expect to get a full body workout, and is ideal for people who are new to training regularly or are looking for something to hit every part of your body at once. For 50 minutes, you will change between various different styles of exercise. In other words, be ready for a sweat filled session. Working out with a group as well as with Chris, your instructor, you will, you will without a doubt leave this class feeling on top of your game.
