TRAINxCARDIO is an interval-based circuit class incorporating movements and exercises to improve cardiovascular conditioning. Stations may include Rowing, Cycling, Battle Ropes, Jump Rope, Kettlebells and Turf Exercises.
In this class, you can expect to get a full body workout, and is ideal for people who are new to training regularly or are looking for something to hit every part of your body at once. For 50 minutes, you will change between various different styles of exercise. Working out with a group as well as with Chris, your instructor, you will, you will without a doubt leave this class feeling on top of your game.
